Dear John and Aoife,
Looks like Tom, Ned, Mary and Kathy came through for us! Have just been informed that my road pass is ready for collection from Air Force HQ, so I can go there in half an hour and get it. What a relief! and what anxious hours I've spent worrying about how I could break the heartbraking news to the girls if it hadn't come through. Plan B, asking Michael to take them would have been a non-starter as his road pass expired last week! and I wouldn't have been too keen on sending them off on their own on a coach...
But all's well that ends well.
Am away to HQ now,
